He dreams of racing for his favourite team, Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1, and one day standing on the top step of the podium as a World Champion. FITNESS & MENTAL TRAINING

To excel in karting, Jude combines rigorous physical and mental training. His fitness routine includes cycling to build endurance, weight lifting for strength, and core exercises to enhance stability during races. Equally, Jude focuses on mental resilience, using visualization techniques and concentration drills to stay sharp under pressure. This balanced approach ensures he’s race ready, both physically and mentally, for every challenge on the track.

WORKING WITH THE COMMUNITY

Jude recently partnered with a local school that supports children with Special Educational Needs to facilitate a karting experience at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit. He assisted 21 neurodiverse children to create their driver profiles, followed by 11 ultimate driving experiences on the track. Jude was able to not only demonstrate his driving ability but also share his knowledge and passion for karting Jude’s efforts have inspired many of the children to return to the track with their families, with a newfound confidence for karting.

FORT BELVOIR, Va.  –  David Andrews, a Logistics Management Specialist with the Defence Logistics Agency Energy Middle East, moved to Bahrain nearly a year ago to take on his current role. With seven years of experience at DLA, Andrews has worked in multiple locations worldwide, including Korea, Germany, Virginia, and Bahrain. This global career has meant frequent moves for his family as well.
